Delivery Information

We require 1-2 working days to process your order before it leave our warehouse. However, we strive to pack and ship all orders within 24 hours after payment received =)

Order made on weekend & public holiday will only be shipped on the next working day.

Minimum shipping cost is RM8 (Semenanjung) & RM10 (Sabah/Sarawak). However the cost will be varied depending on the weight of ordered items & delivery location which will be automatically calculated and shown at the end of the order process.

You will be notify by email along with tracking number a day after the shipment leaves the warehouse. 

GDEX delivers within 1-3 working days. Tracking number will be provided

We will not be held responsible for any damage, losses or delay of shipment by GDEX. Customer should/can contact GDEX by using the tracking number provided via two simple ways;

1. Track your parcel whereabouts through http://www.poslaju.com.my/track-trace/  using the tracking no provided.
2. Simply contact your local GDEX office or directly call GDEX hotline at 1-300-300-300

GDEX will leave a memo if addressee is not available at the time of delivery at the tracker. You can call GDEX for second delivery (free of charge) or you may require to pick up your parcel at the nearest GDEX branch.

Uncollected parcel return back to us will not be refunded/exchanged. New shipping fees need to be made for a new delivery.
